Homemade Pasta Sauce

This is one of my favorite ones. It cuts down on labor before canning.

Homemade Pasta Sauce:

  • 1 #10 CAN Crushed Tomatoes
  • 6 TBS Italian Seasoning
  • 1 TBS Pepper
  • 1 TBS Salt
  • 3 TBS Garlic Powder
  • 1 ½ TBS Onion Powder
  • 1 CUP Sugar
  • 1 TBS Oregano

Mix all ingredients together in a big pot.
Bring to a slow boil and then let it cook on low heat for 45 mins to an hour.

Pressure Cook Times:

  • 35 minutes per pint
  • 40 minutes per quart
