This is one of my favorite ones. It cuts down on labor before canning.
Homemade Pasta Sauce:
- 1 #10 CAN Crushed Tomatoes
- 6 TBS Italian Seasoning
- 1 TBS Pepper
- 1 TBS Salt
- 3 TBS Garlic Powder
- 1 ½ TBS Onion Powder
- 1 CUP Sugar
- 1 TBS Oregano
Mix all ingredients together in a big pot.
Bring to a slow boil and then let it cook on low heat for 45 mins to an hour.
Pressure Cook Times:
- 35 minutes per pint
- 40 minutes per quart
